The IAFF Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery is a one-of-a-kind addiction treatment facility specializing in PTSD for IAFF members – and IAFF members only – who are struggling with addiction, PTSD other related behavioral health challenges to receive the help they need in taking the first steps toward recovery. It is a safe haven for members to talk with other members who have faced or overcome similar challenges.
We are the men and women of the Professional Firefighters of Kenosha WI, IAFF L414. We strive to serve the community both on and off duty through our work.

Lieutenant Joe Sielski threw out the first pitch at the Kenosha Kingfish game for their first responders game. He has served the citizens of Kenosha for the last 15 years as a firefighter, driver, paramedic, and officer. For the last several years, Lt Sielski has been a board member for Kenosha Firefighters CARE, a non profit organization that assists local families in times of needs throughout the community. He is also currently the Vice President of Kenosha Professional Firefighters Local 414. I grew up eating those meals. My father was a firefighter for 35 years. He learned to cook on the job and cooked many meals at home.
